Homes in Keauhou View Estates are a quick walk to the ocean and ideally located between two popular beaches, Magic Sands and Kahaluu Beach Park.

Keauhou View Estates is a popular and well-known subdivision in North Kona with about 150 lots. Other than the prime location in North Kona, one of my favorite things about Keauhou View Estates are the wide sidewalks and underground utilities – perfect for walking and enjoying the ocean and mountain views. Another perk for homeowners is that there are no HOA’s and most of the homes are newer (built after 2000). Most homes are three-bedroom, two-bathroom single-level homes. Don’t expect homes to sit on the market too long in Keauhou View Estates, in 2019 the average days on the market to sale was just 38 days.
